There were several Vans aircraft lined up.
Here are three of them.
ZK-NVS is a Vans RV7 with the c/n 72596 of Stephen Jones of Auckland. First flown on 27-11-2009 on its O-320 engine. It also has extra fuel tanks in the outer wings.
Another Vans RV7 was ZK-RVU (c/n 72949) of Michael Gorton of Riverton.
ZK-SBJ2 (c/n 70766) is also an RV7 as built by Stan Jones of Queenstown.
It has been listed to the RV Syndicate of Wanaka since 13-01-2018.
Back at the visitors park was the Maule M-5-210C Lunar Rocket ZK-SLS (c/n 6188C) in its new paint scheme.
This one came in from the States in 1977 and has been with its current owner David Banks of Auckland since 01-01-2014.
